Testing Result:
Continuous ~1.5A discharge on electronic load, 2600mAH cell last ~2817 seconds, which is ~47 minutes, average current draw from battery cell ~3.2A ~23W, output ~1.5A 12.5V(8-13, average ~12.5V) ~18.75W, efficiency ~ 82%.
When battery charge is nearly depleted, output drop to 9 V provide battery lo indication for 1-2 minutes, which is enough for a camera to shut down.
